Sports Connect is committed to making your job easy when it comes to complying with the guidelines and regulations of their National Governing body or State Association. As part of this commitment, our latest enhancement has made following player safety guidelines even more streamlined from within your Sports Connect account.
If your organization is part of a National Governing Body* (NGB) that uses the Sports Connect or U.S. Soccer Connect Association product, you will now be able to see real-time updates when a volunteer’s risk status or certifications are updated at the national level.
To track the status of your volunteers’ required certifications, simply log in and navigate to Teams > Team Personnel > Verifications. Here, you will be able to see the status of each volunteer for a variety of requirements, such as a SafeSport or Concussion Certification. You will also be able to view when their certification expires, all from within the same screen.
