Reporting is a vital component of managing day-to-day tasks during your season and tracking your organization’s growth over the years. After gathering feedback from our partners about how these functions could be made easier, our Product Team got to work on enhancing the reporting tool.

After months of testing, the Reports Beta feature is now available for all partners! Please keep in mind that the new interface is a “Beta” version, and we are continually working to make additional reports available for you to try out. To make the transition to the new interface easy, you will still have access to the legacy reports in the meantime.

Here is what you can look forward to within the new experience:

Modern, easy to navigate interface

From the new reports home page, you can easily access standard and saved reports, reports that you view frequently, reports that have been shared with another user, and more all in one screen. Additionally, you can collapse the new side menus to give you a larger viewing area.

Data Insights

View your report in whatever way makes the most sense to you. With easy drag and drop columns, you can easily arrange data to customize your reports.

Easy report sharing

Share custom or standard reports with any other user at your organization with the click of a button. They will be sent an email and have view-only access to the shared report.

Built-in training resources

Many organizations’ volunteers turn over every couple of years, meaning a new person will be learning to navigate this important tool within your Sports Connect site. To make the transition easier, we have included built-in training videos to get new users started, or as a helpful reminder for seasoned volunteers.
